Custom orders

 

Please contact me for any information on custom orders, please be aware i will require 50% payment for the item in advance to cover some of the initial material costs, thank you.   

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Shipping in the uk is free, all item in my affordable range will be sent 2nd class signed for unless specified other wise. All items in my Brass, silver or gold range will be sent by special delivery.

Returns & Refunds

​

The postage on return items are expected to be paid for by the customer unless the item is damaged upon delivery. In this case either a new item will be sent out or a refund issued to the customer, for higher cost item i will require for them to be sent back but will pay for the return. 

Please be aware returns are expected to be sent by the same method as they were delivered, i.e 2nd class signed for or Special delivery.
